From our spacious one bedroom condos to our three bedroom, two storey private villas there is surely something for everyone!

All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with beautiful furniture and incredible artwork – both local and foreign. The open and spacious plans and oversized windows make all of our accommodations bright, roomy and functional; even for larger groups.

All condos and villas are equipped witht he following: full central air conditioning, hair dryers, washer & dryer, full appliances with wine cooler, jacuzzi tubs in Building A, full cable selection including HBO, Cinemax, Encore, Showtime, flat panel TV with remote, CD and DVD players with movie rental in the pool office, ceiling fans throughout unit, screened doors to veranda from every room, daily housekeeping, mexican tile floors throughout providing clean cool living area and 24-7 onsite security.

Condominiums

The Condos at Reef Village are available in 1 or 2 bedroom layouts. Each comes fully furnished and equipped for the highest of comfort and relaxation. Every unit boasts oversized windows that provide incredible views of either the sun rising from the Caribbean Sea or setting over the lagoon.

One Bedroom
The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom luxury condos are a perfect fit for couples. Spacious and comfortable with incredible views and a large veranda. Well appointed modern furnishings will ensure your vacation is superb.

Two Bedroom
The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury condos are an excellent choice for families or couples travelling together. 2 large bedrooms and bathroom provide excellent comfort and privacy. The oversized veranda provides incredibles views of the Caribbean Sea or the lagoon. Spacious with well appointed modern furnishings ensure your family or small group will enjoy your vacation.

The Villas

The Villas at Reef Village are built directly on the waters edge and are available in 2 and 3 bedroom layouts. Open spaces, oversized windows and luxurious full furnishings give the Villas that home-away-from-home feeling. Enjoy stunning unobstructed views of the pool island, the lagoon and incredible sunsets!

Two Bedroom
The Margarita is the only 2 Bedroom layout and provides open and bright spaces throughout the villa. The Margarita is a perfect fit for those who prefer the added privacy and seclusion of a villa.

Three Bedroom
There are 5 layout options to choose from if looking for a 3 bedroom villa. From the simple, yet well laid out Casa Bonita and Caso Paloma to the larger and open models of the Aquarius, Sonterra and Lujo – the only 2 story villa.

Amenities

Aside from our luxurious condos and waterfront villas we have our bar, full service restaurant – The Palm, pool, boat slips and gift to name a few… free music entertainment on Saturdays by the pool, fishing from the poolside bar, fishing from veranda if you rent villa, 24 hour pool, charcoal grills available to all guests to use by the pool, hammocks on grounds and free Wi-Fi internet at the pool/bar area.

The Palm Restaurant provides residents and guests of Reef Village an onsite dining option for both lunch and dinner. Beautifully decorated with a mayan flair and fantastically fresh menu The Palm is sure to satisfy. The Martini Bar at the Palm Restaurant serves up a delicious variety of martini’s for any palette.
Poolside Bar

The open air pool side bar is a perfect place to watch the sunset over the lagoon and share some tropical drinks with your friends, family and other guests. With a variety of events such as live bands and BBQ’s you are certian of good time. Free Wi-Fi internet at the pool/bar area.

The gift shop and boutique offers an incredible assortment of tropical womens fashions and swimsuits for men and women. Also available are a wide variety of souveniers including locally hand crafted carvings.
