Tikal is the largest excavated site in the American continent. It is Guatemala’s most famous cultural and natural preserve, and is easy to visit from San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. Tikal possesses a certain magic… Like all puzzles without answers it fascinates everyone and we dare say…

This majestic archaeological gem comprises 222 square miles of jungle all around the ceremonial center. It took the University of Pennsylvania 13 years to uncover about 10 square miles of structures at Tikal. However, much of it is still left to be unearthed. So, do take some advice… Do try to take Tikal in one fabulous day!

There, our guide will give you a tour of the ruins and you’ll have some time to explore. Once you have worked up a healthy appetite, we will head to the Maruba Jungle Spa for an exotic lunch including fish and wild game. Our wedding planner can assist with every detail right from the initial planning stages to personally overseeing the entire event.  We can offer you a small intimate beach wedding at the end of a dock, a simple ceremony with a bbq,  or even a more elaborate affair-anything is possible!

We offer Basic and Platinum wedding packages, specially customized to your heart’s desires, which can include wedding planner, honeymoon stay, flowers, music or even an updo for the bride’s dream hair and makeup.  For your flowers, you can select your color scheme and whether you prefer a cascading bouquet or a bouquet hand-tied with ribbon.  You can also select if you would like a photographer and videographer for your wedding/reception.

Your marriage in Belize is legal and accepted/recognized in all other countries.

You (the bridge and groom) need to stay in Belize  3 days prior to the ceremony in order to apply for a Marriage LICENSE.  You may obtain a special license where no residency stay is required, however the cost of this license alone is 250US.
