peter, right on.  A few years ago there was a crime spree that went on in San Pedro and I believe if it wasn't for all the publicity that it stirred up and the call for action it might have continued out of control.  Sunlight is the best disinfectant.

This was a criminal act of extortion by the legal definition: ":"A person obtains property by extortion when he compels or induces another person to deliver such property to himself or to a third person by means of instilling in him a fear that, if the property is not so delivered, the actor or another will:Accuse some person of a crime or cause criminal charges to be instituted against him."
By suggesting on the U-Tube video that if money was not paid, Jessie would file criminal charges, elevated this to the crime of extortion. It would be ironic if Alexandra Nicholson is prosecuted for the crime based on the video she took. I hope someone follows thru on this and encourages the authorities to act.

Does anyone know who took the video and uploaded it?  It sounds from the video that whomever did it is in on whatever is going on, but the video they chose to upload does seem to prove the scam.  Are they clueless about what this video implies?

It looks like Alexandra took the video in hopes of documenting a confession that they hit the girl with a golf cart.
