Wire fraud (about 20 counts) in the US for a US venture.

According to the other AC website, the Sapphire Beach project like the proverbial phoenix has risen from the ashes.

I think someone would have to have rocks/coconuts for brains before they would invest 10 cents in this venture until someone could prove ownership of the lands and the lack of any outstanding liens on the work and materials used to date.  Hope for all concerned that this can be done and the project gets completed.  Good luck to all. Even Peter wrote in the Ambergris Daily that Sapphire Beach appeared to be back on track.

Peter was proven right and if people would have actually listened to him, it could have been back on track years ago.

Well... with all those silly happy posts from stoned sapphire beach owners, something must be wrong.  No one tries that hard to make you think all is well if all is really well.

I read the post over on Ac and wondered that myself. All kinds of newcomers posting for the first time singing the praises of the new guy and how great and wonderful everything is now. Not knowing anything about it personally sure has a stink about it. Every post said about hte same thing word for word.

The SB owners or investors or Jimmy Jones' or whatever you want to call them must think everyones one brick short of a load.  When you get indicted for mail fraud that means the feds were hunting you and you're going to prison.  Mail fraud is how you put white collar criminals away for collusion and stealing other people's money.  So some one lost a bunch of money and needs to attract a few more investors in, raise the prices to them , skim the newbies on the HOA/s  and try to break even.

It appears they now need a new venue to promote the property. Potential advertising revenue for AmbergrisDaily  Wink
