Unfortunately the french bakery closed due to lack of business-unfortunately Sean was not very good at marketing and refused to make enough product to sell to resorts and with a lousy location -it was almost doomed to failure from the gitgo I had bought some ovens to make pizza with but when the ovens got to pizza making temperature   the doors swelled up and you had to wait for the oven to cool down before you could open doors-they were fine for making bread/biscuits/pastries etc-however he still tried to make pizzas and they were not very good-how do I know all this-I sold him the ovens

OH Sad I loved the French Bakery!  I thought he had pretty good business and I was always around during off season. I guess you have to make a lot of bread to make some dough.

Cry I am grieving. I thought they were coming back. Where can we get sandwich bread now that doesn't taste and act like cotten candy?

I'm very sad to hear that!  They were supposed to open back up on Monday and I wondered why they haven't.  How the heck am I going to get a hold of that sour dough?Huh  I don't want to go back to baking my own bread! Such a pain!

Is he still open in San Ignacio?

I liked the place but the last few times the stuff was stale and when i asked him if the bread or muffins  was fresh he did not tell the truth ..not a good thing .for a owner to lie. plus if he learned to smile more he might have had more business .he was not a good front man ..but was not a bad baker..  need to take off my list the list grows ,and grows ..now will put on  gone but not forgotton list.. looks like back to pan dulce and not real bread .
