Here in the USA they are whipping our ass with Constitution bending and s.o.b. lawyers.

I think they know an actual assault could result in some frenzied retaliation in many parts of the USA, especially in the South. Here in Texas we just executed a man who went on a rampage against people he associated with terrorist after 9-11 just because of their skin color and accent. At this point too many "good joes" have had enough of the "in your face" actions by Muslim groups.

I can't imagine anyone, much less a Muslim demanding a photographers camera and then threatening him here in Gay ol California, much less Texas without getting a world class ass whippin' by innocent bystanders.  That story is bizarre.
