"The religious malcontents who support any Republican who wraps themselves in the flag, with a bible in one hand and a gun in the other are a lost cause and there is no reasoning with them; Democrats should not waste their time trying. However, for unemployed Americans who yearn for a decent job and place to live and who want this country to thrive and succeed, it may take reminding that the country can return to the Bush Administration’s failed economic policies, or remain with Democratic job growth and infrastructure improvements. The choice is simple for decent, hardworking, and intelligent Americans, but for ignorant conservatives looking the next white bible-thumping gunslinger, the field is crowded."

"Infrastructure"
The new key word OTO is throwing around that will undoubtedly be touted in his new Communist/FDR jobs program coming to a theatre near you very soon. Federal government paying for "infrastructure"  Ha-Ha, piss away more money because YOU dont know how to stimulate growth any other way. In other words.....HANDOUTS!
Yup its coming and wait till you see the price tag.

The article stated a proven fact that more jobs were created by Obama, than Bush in 8 years.  Tax cuts don't create jobs.  Tax breaks to Job Creators don't create jobs.  it's a myth.  Consumers and demand create jobs, and jobs create consumers.   The sewer system and roads you enjoy today were built with tax dollars...real humans did the work and maintain them today.  Don't fix them.  New Jersey is already a shit hole....why try to make it better.  Grin

From a post I read a while ago. "I have a hunch that people notice what is going on around them, and whether they and their neighbors and associates have jobs or not, regardless of what nonsense Democrats throw out about the economy."   Wink

Again, the Obama stimulus created more jobs than Bush in 8 years.  In 2010 the body that controls the purse strings has eliminated any ability the President might have in creating jobs.  At the same time these sick twisted partisans yell that Obama does nothing for the economy.  Americans aren't that stupid ragman.

Quote from Gov. Perry:
"If this guy prints more money between now and the election," Mr. Perry said

Obviously it will be ok to print money after the election......

We all get that...let the American people suffer until we're elected. Wink

The obama Stimulus didn't create any new jobs, it funded the hiring of a few temps to get some public projects done.  You should see what they spent the money on in Vegas.  Very disturbing.  If I can find a picture, I'll post it..

According to the "facts" Bush issued an economic stimulus act in 2008......but that was a Republican stimulus....followed by TARP...another Republican stimulus.  That's OK though...when they're Republican stimulus they're good ...when they're democrat stimulus they're bad.
If we print more money now it's treasonous...if we print in under a Republican President it's good for the economy and job growth.

More right wing BS.  I've seen projects still underway in both California and Florida funded by stimulus money.  the highway between Ft Myers and Sarasota is still underway.  You need to come back ito the US and look around.  Otherwise you're talking out the wrong orfice Grin

Voodoo employment numbers.  Here are the numbers that count and they ain't pretty.

PRINCETON, NJ -- Unemployment, as measured by Gallup without seasonal adjustment, is 9.0% in mid-August -- compared with 8.8% at the end of July and 9.1% in mid-August 2010.

http://www.gallup.com/poll/149036/Gallup-Finds-Unemployment-Mid-August.aspx

Unemployment is 50% higher with Obama, now you can go and find any numbers you want to try to show Obama in a better light but the way it is measured is percent of unemployment and it hasn't been at these levels in a long time.  Obama is a clueless Numb Nut who 2 1/2 years into his administration is now telling us that he will have a plan on creating more jobs just as soon as he finishes his vacation on Martha's Vineyard.   Angry  Of course he has told us about every six months that he is focusing on jobs ect.  No jobs, he doesn't know how to manage a lemonade stand for crying out loud. Never mind how to manage the country.  CLUELESS! Roll Eyes

By the way wasn't Bush criticised when unemployment was 6%?  Clueless has seen numbers in excess of 10%.  Huh

Average unemployment for the year:

2001 4.7%  2002 5.8%  2003 6.0%  2004 5.5%  2005 5.1%  2006 4.6%  2007 4.6%  2008 5.8 %

2009 9.3 %  2010 9.6%  2011  (I'll estimate 9.5%)  Now tell me again about all the jobs Numb Nuts has created?  Tongue

Quote
Obama will unveil his economic strategy in a speech right after Labor Day, hoping to frame the autumn jobs debate by pressuring Republicans in Congress to act or face the voters' wrath. The country is in a deep state of disgust about Washington politics, piling urgency on both parties to help the economy quickly - or somehow position the other side to take the blame.

Blame, blame, blame that is his plan.

By the way.  40% of all the new jobs in the USA have been created in Texas.  I'm sure it was Clueless helping out a Republican Gov. who is now trying to run against him.   Wink

HA HA HA   The unemployment rate would probably be 15% or more if it wasn't for the business friendly red states.  Clueless should thank Gov. Perry.   Cool
