The real criminal + Numb Nuts  Mike also says how congress makes the laws bah bah bah but Numbnuts has decided that it is his prerogative to just decide what is the law.  This man is worst than dangerous and much more of a threat than GWB or Cheney ever where.  Sad  We have to start thinking about charging him with crimes against the USA. Then we can get on with impeachment.  Wink  He has zero regard to the will of the people and that is what sets him apart and makes him dangerous.

Krauthammer: Obama Is Using Regulations to Bypass Congress and Change Our Country

Charles Krauthammer alleges that the president and his administration are trying to transform America by using business regulations. He said, “The president’s never made a secret of his desire to change America, that’s what he campaigned on and that’s what he did at the beginning of his presidency. He’s already changed it radically through legal means through Obamacare, but when he doesn’t succeed in Congress, he goes under the radar.”

Krauthammer provided examples including the DREAM Act which says that if you were brought here by illegal parents, and you meet certain criteria, you get amnesty. Congress rejected the act, so Obama’s Department of Homeland Security issued regulations which essentially enact the DREAM Act.
He also outlined Cap & Trade, which he describes as a way to regulate the emission of carbon and shut down the coal industry. The last Congress, which was controlled by Dems, utterly rejected it. The administration is now issuing regulations that will essentially shut down about 10% of coal generating electricity in the U.S.

Krauthammer reiterated that under the Constitution, the executive executes the laws that Congress has passed and should not be executing laws that Congress has rejected.

The DREAM Act is a massive amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants.

The DREAM Act is not an amnesty: The DREAM Act is not a giveaway to undocumented youth, even those who have lived here all of their lives. Rather, it creates a well-defined process to legalize only those who grew up here and who earn status by staying in school and maintaining good moral character.
The DREAM Act is narrowly tailored: Our immigration law currently has no mechanism to consider the special equities and circumstances of these students. The DREAM Act would eliminate this flaw. To apply for relief under the DREAM Act, these young people would have to graduate from high school or earn a GED, have good moral character, have come to the U.S. when they were young and show that they have lived in the U.S. for at least five years. Students would then be eligible to apply for conditional status. During the 6-year conditional status, students would have to either complete at least two years of higher education or two years of military service. The Migration Policy Institute (MPI) estimates that the likely total number of students to ever benefit from the DREAM Act is 825,000.
[National Immigration Law Center, accessed 8/30/2011,

You'd be amazed how many foreigners have been recruited by the Marines over the years....now the cork suckers from the right want to end it........until there's a republican president...then all will be ok Wink

Krauthammer isn't just a racist pundit...he's a liar Wink
