The FBI are involved and many people are digging through this and other deals. The Bush Admin. unanimously voted not to go forward with this deal and that is not disputed except maybe by you.
The comments you posted appear to be pure bull shit proved by this administrations emails. We will be hearing much more about this Mike so don't go too far out on that limb.

The restructuring of the deal by this administration in the comments you mentioned had the result of putting the new investors ahead of the $500+billion that the government had given them and that alone appears to have broken the law from what I understand. You can keep trying to defend Numb Nuts but pretty soon you are going to be standing alone. Even fellow Dems are abandoning his Dead on Arrival Campaign Kickoff Jobs Bill that you said he shouldn't do because your union brothers say it is not in his job specs.
I suggest you report the Solyndra deal to Attack Wire and wait for the correct answer on how to answer this slander.
