This is a young Phil Donahue interviewing Milton Friedman thirty years ago (and Donahue was as far left-wing as they get, as you can see here). With clarity Mr Friedman  makes the case for Capitalism.

Phil Donahue, a name from the past.  I never paid attention to him until one day, about 23 years ago, I came home after working about 16 hours straight and my wife was watching him on TV.  Here I am more than a little tired and hungry and what happened.  She turned away from the TV and said; See you men are all the same!  We stick with you and after 25 years or so run off with younger women.  This was in response to this Ass hole Phil's show that afternoon and absolutely zero to do with my behavior.  I declared him persona non-grata in my home right then and there.  

I wonder how many families he has destroyed with his advice to women. What a turkey.
