The motivation behind the order to burn them was not political...as mentioned in the original post, we are in an extraordinarily remote location. We don't have a post office here, so sending them back wasn't an option. Extra space is scarce and alternatives that a few mentioned, like recycling, are nonexistent...I'm aware of the historical implications of book-burning. I won't say I didn't take pleasure in removing a few copies of this bigoted twerp's writings from circulation, but the reason for doing so was military necessity.

One thing for sure you won't find this story on Nazi news with Sean Hannity Wink  In a perfect world the government silences the media Grin

First of all......I'm back.   Grin

Those soldiers (if in fact they are soldiers) that criticise Bill O'Reilly ought to stop and think for a minute about all the money he contributes to Wounded Warrior and other Veteran's causes.  I've never heard him say a bad word or criticise any of our servicemen.

Congressional approval rating has dropped again....it stands at 9%  It has never ever been this low.  So much for the TEA PARTY overthrow of Congress in 2010...and now it looks like the Republicans will lose their majority in Congress.  Tough luck  Grin
