This project was started maybe 9 years ago and changed its name late last year-Not completed yet -advertised as completion summer 2009-I have been told the builders are not on site and for the past few weeks there has been no electricity -what is going on

What do YOU think happened?

Choose one:

A) Bank didn't come through on their promises
B) Contractor didn't come through on their promises
C) Real Estate agents/marketers didn't come through on their promises
D) Ran out of money waiting for one single person to be honest in this town because they didn't ASK AROUND.

Actually it was not started 9 years ago.  I think it is more like 5 years ago.  I have noticed over the past week or so that they are currently working at the property which is always a good sign.  I look forward to them finishing the complex at some point.
