I STAND CORRECTED:

This from the Grand Belize Estates web site:

" The first 100 lots sold out within days...don't delay.  Average lot prices in San Pedro Town have escalated to $50,000 to $100,000 over the last few years.  These lots are being offered at well below market value, with $4,000 BZ ($2,000 US) of every lot sale being donated to the San Pedro Town Council (through December 31, 2009) for road improvements and infrastructure projects on Ambergris Caye."[/b][/b][/b]

Kudo's to them..up until 31st December 09 that is.

I would like to see the developers continue this until the last lot is sold rather than just to the end of this year....and perhaps get an undertaking from the SPTC that they will at least pave the road from San Pedro Supermarket to the bridge and then from Grand Caribe all the way to Grand Belize Estates.

OK as his campaign manager I have yet to receive any dirty brown envelopes stuffed with spondoonies-please hurry as he and his team have to go to a secret destination -somewhere where there is a WSOP poker tournament, and discuss planning and what to do with all the money
