Another development has started up north next to Casa Pisces which is between Portofino and Costa Maya resorts

one bedroom condos 16 of them on the front and a couple of three bedroom ones at the back-cost 130k preconstruction

one of my favourites is building it -see if you can guess who

the land that this project is being built on has not yet been paid for -next and final payment of 800k is next month
