cistern help

We are in Tres Cocos and think out cistern might be running low on water... (not much rain this summer).   Can anyone refer someone to look at it for us?

I am sure you are runnning out of water -you can buy water from over the bridge going south after a couple of huindred yards there is a turn off for Oasis -the first yard on the left hand side is where you can buy water to be delivered -do not pay in advance

OK, this isn't something that the non-locals would want to know, but should it be something added to the AC Tips list?
