We are in Tres Cocos and think out cistern might be running low on water... (not much rain this summer).   Can anyone refer someone to look at it for us?

I am sure you are runnning out of water -you can buy water from over the bridge going south after a couple of huindred yards there is a turn off for Oasis -the first yard on the left hand side is where you can buy water to be delivered -do not pay in advance

On that note, rule of thumb is do not pay anyone in advance of receipt of goods or services.  Even if insisted, you should negotiate otherwise (with very few exceptions, and i mean few Smiley.
