Does anyone have a unbiased recommendation for a competent real estate lawyer in Belize to handle a San Pedro purchase? I would prefer a recommendation based on your recent personal experience rather than hearsay. The seller's agent has suggested somebody, but I am looking at other options as I suspect a conflict of interest. You can post your reply or PM me. Thanks.  Grin

We are also looking for a reputable lawyer to handle real estate issues on the island.  Any other suggestions out there?
