One of my all time faves is George's Kitchen - have many great memories...not about the food as much as the friends and fun and the wonderful way you are treated there...and of course, Bill's wahoo....top 5 fish lunches ever!

I agree Hugo made that place.  I was there when they first opened up,  we  made a special trip there, a friend of a friend deal... It was outstanding.

To bad he's gone.

The 2 restaurants I very much enjoyed during my July visit were Wild Mango and Hidden Treasures.  Of course, Pedro's Pizza was high on my list along with a lobster meal I had as a guest at someone's home.  I usually like El Patio, but was disappointed in the lunch I had there last time.

Do yourself a favor and go to Aji's as the food is still excellent.  Perhaps Hugo left behind his recipes (along with his ego)?....
