They've had an office up by The San Pedro Sun above Blu for a couple of years or so. It was set up and opened by an English bloke........James??? Played Tennis with Gino a fair bit. He came and went in the early days but not seen him for a good few months.

...by set up I mean he was brought in to head it up/ set it up - ie it's not just him - as the company have projects in other countries too. No idea on their projects here though although a bottle of beer bets you know something and are fishing for more...............

I think he's playing 6 degrees of separation. James Butcher works for Atlas, who does business with Dan Keeler (who drives an Atlas golfcart), who works for... anyone?... Sapphire Beach. That was fun lets do another

That was fun. Dan and Sam Gomez showed me and my companion around Sapphire Beach, along with Steve Reid, our realtor. I heard that Steve and his wife Alissa have headed back north, possibly to Winnipeg. Very sad, as they were nice folks and were very kind to us.

Carlos is alright. All he did was say he passes it each day and it is moving forward - and upset you by saying you must have an axe to grind. He isn't an investor or involved, he runs Tranquility Bay. I do think you're on the money that all isn't well there, but Carlos isn't part of it in any way. Silence on the other Board is more to do with who was looking into why it was taking so long rather than those that are involved in it.

silence on the other board is also due to monies being paid by theproject owners in the form of advertising etc. -DP is involved in various projects none which seem to be properly funded-Sapphire Beach should have had units ready for occupation 18 months ago and I reckon another 18 months before anyone can move in there and it will still be a building site-imo it will never be finished and it will become a desolate building site with a lot of unhappy would be owners
