Rumour has it that SB is being taken to court by the Harmouch's (hardware stores)-it appears they are in arrears of 100k and the Harmouchs's are being forced to take the builder to court as his signature is on the invoices even though they know he is not one of the principals-the papers were filed in court today-

Some calls, mainly to the court clerk were made today. Guess what, found out Peter Lawrence AKA Pedro, has to appear in court tomorrow November 24, 2009 to answer to a civil suit made by SP Hardware or Harmouch's for a bill that he is in arrears. Is that true Pedro?  |

Just talked to the billing clerk at the hardware store. THIS IS A TOTAL LIE ABOUT DP, SB AND SAM. THEY ARE TOTALLY CURRENT ON THEIR ACCOUNT AND ARE GREAT CUSTOMERS. She laughed when I brought up what was said on this blog. The truth is a wonderful thing.

It is untrue that this is a blog. This is a forum or message board. Blogs are single column news or opinion entries ordered in descending date order created by one or a few people where each entry is usually tagged for easy categorization via a tag-cloud. While Blogs do offer a comment section, the focus is on the opinion of the person posting the original story, not on the ongoing discussion of it's commenters. Forums are for public and open opinion of it's members and are organized for threaded discussion. Very different indeed. |
