Marty
Chris's post was put into the secure special business area where only people who have special powers could have read it,and he then deleted it and complained to you-you then told him that he could not have an opinion on certain things-truly unbelievable that you consider this correct and ethical behaviour on you and your boards behalf-

I wonder how the bill of rights would have been written if you were around at that time-certainly freedom of speech and possibly thought would have been erased

In Marty's defence I believe the original post was moved from a public section of the ac.com board to a more or less private section by an over-zealous moderator with a vested interest in a development that I did not name. I don't believe the moderator consulted with Marty until after the post was moved and I raised objections to what I saw/see as really crappy censorship. Sometimes I wish Marty would just tell his moderators to back off a bit or at least consult him before mucking around with free speech.

I agree with Beth, I didn't see anything too offensive in my original post, including the 1% that has raised objections. I've followed the debate about Grand Belize Estates on the ac.com board and the language and tone of writing used there is fierce beyond words and yet it has yet to be censored by moderators concerned for the welfare of others.

BTW, it is a co-incidence that Pedro's and my posts appear almost simultaneously (last two posts). In reality the only reason I'm typing this right now is to see if my 25th post will get me my 3rd star.

Two more questions one might ask a developer planning to build or actualy building a condo project:

1. Will the Homeowners own the rental management company?
2. (This should be a given) but it's also best if the homeowners own the common grounds too.

You really need "Yes" to both of the above questions.
