I was in the town hall today and heard the magic words "Sapphire Beach" and "David Patterson" all in one sentence.Well it would have rude not to listen and it apppears that he has bought a plane (a Cessna 175) and has been putting automobile fuel in the wing tanks-this is a 100% illegal (presumably because it is cheaper than regular fuel)-also the maintenance of said plane is just not kept up to date -thereby putting peoples lives at risk.

This was said by one of the foremost aeroplane mechanic's  in Belize.

I have no idea of what the Town Board is going to do about this -probably nothing

Pedro, when  was waiting for my flight back to BZE at Tropic - I noticed a private plane land and let people off.  Could this be the plane of discussion?

Somebody has to video the impending crash and post it on youtube.   Grin
