Anything new for rent

We are---- again ----kickin' around the idea of coming to SP to spend anywhere from 2 months to a year. Anyone know of a 1-2 bedroom beach condo/apartment that might be coming up for rent?

There was one at Paradise Villas that I saw mentioned this morning.  Might you be interested in that?  I have no idea of exact location or price, nor of how long it will be available.  When would you want to come down?

Thanks Peter and Taco. We are hopefully going to take the grandpup (that we were SUPPOSE to have for a month or two and it's now been 7  ) back to his family the middle of Feb so I think we are looking at anywhere from the end of Feb to Spring sometime.

Taco, thanks I looked at Sunset but no deck and no view. I know we probably can't have it all without paying a good size rent still...............

I'm really hoping that when we get down there we will end up buying something for at least 6 months out of the year. We have been there twice but didn't look at property and aren't about to do the "gonna buy it now-I know what I'm doing" thing.

I did KLC. A couple are possibilities. What we will probably do is pack a couple of large suit cases and stay at Ruby's or somewhere while we look for a place.
