SPAF has been set up by Aldo Reyes (Glen Godfrey Law Co.)-there are presently 3 directors with hopefully two more to be appointed next week

Peter Jones -chartered Acct and sec
Forrest Jones- retiree,and a generally good egg all round

membership is 25bzd per year and all cheques to be made payable to SPAF
every year there will be an annual general meeting whereby new directors will be elected
no salarfies will be paid and minutes of every meeting will be published the next day
on the first monday of every month accounts will be published
we will have a minimum of two fund raisers per year
all monies will be spent on charitable cases and helping the animal shelter on a case by case basis

annual accts will be published and audited by feb 1

Is SPAF structured as a charitable organization by Belize law? I do not know the requirements and was just curious. Does Belize even have a charitable organization tax code, rules or regulations?

It is a purely a non profit corporation and abides by all rules and regulations of Belize
