Just met someone who put 50k down a 3 bed condo on the beach 6.5 north (formerly Capt. Dave's place) -cost 279kusd -it will be ready in may -presently it is a pile of dirt-guess who the developer and contractor are on this project-this contractor says he can build quicker than me
