Since you're not a Mason I can only assume that makes you an expert on the subject I stand behind my comments about Moose. Sorry about your experience in Britain, but that's no reason to demean the good work in Canada and the US.

We wondered why the lack of posts from Moose and heard the sad news while in San Pedro in Feb. With no computer access in Belize, we know more about what is going on in SP while at home!
Another wonderful holiday in Belize had ended, but we have already booked for next year! Don't even want to count the sleeps! We met PeterBJ7 while at Pedro's Indian Dinner Night, but still have not met many others from this board. For those of you soon on your way to San Pedro - enjoy!

Since you're not a Mason I can only assume that makes you an expert on the subject No, I'm not an expert, nor did I say I was. But I had a Grand Master in my family, so I picked up a bit along the way. And when I was in due course invited to join I declined. Not the only such exclusive association I've declined to become a member of. I stand behind my comments about Moose I know very little about him, which is why I've said nothing either good or bad about him. From what I hear he was a good person. Sorry about your experience in Britain I didn't say my experiences were just in Britain, you assumed it. In fact they were in Britain and South Africa. And they were observations rather than experiences. that's no reason to demean the good work in Canada and the US I wasn't aware I had said anything about "the good work" in Canada and the US, "demeaning" or otherwise.

I second that vote! Sunburned nose and all........... and none too happy about being back at "Fort Hell"......but at least thankful for having a job TO come back to. And S. Texas is starting to warm up...... saw the first hint of bluebonnets over at the courthouse in town...... Just like hope springs eternal, so does my dream of SP.

peterbj7- Turning a positive post about Moose into a story about peterbj7 is the issue. I could give a shit about your personal baseless opinion about Moose's life long commitment to something that as generally seen as a positive improvement on humanity here in America. Obviously you couldn't resist pissing on Moose's parade. If you want to continue this PM me, I'm all ears.

It could be that many are tired of the constant BS between a small group of bickering child like minds. Not much positive input about Belize or its intrests. JMHO

Clover - it seems that possibly disagreeing with you is the issue, nothing at all to do with Moose. I never knew him, but as I said above he seems to have been a good guy. Not intent upon points-scoring. Maybe there's a lesson there.

Jones- I'll send you a PM
ordep2- somewhere on this board I noticed you said you didn't get involved in petty squabbles....I guess that changed.
Little Johnny’s family had just moved to an new town. Everyday after school little Johnny would stop in at the neighborhood store and buy candy on his way home. After about 2 months the storekeeper felt he know little Johnny well enough to converse freely with him. So one day little Johnny came in as usual and bought candy on his way home. The storekeeper said, “Johnny, if you eat candy every day you’re going to die young.” Little Johnny said, “my grandfather lived to be 96!” The storekeeper said, “did he eat candy everyday?” Little Johnny said, “No he minded his own damn business!”

"ordep2- somewhere on this board I noticed you said you didn't get involved in petty squabbles....I guess that changed." No it hasn't changed. I simply made a statement made from "my" observations. I don't have anything to say about the BS, just answered the original question with what I think is valid. Your little Jonny spiel is indicitive of what I speak. It is a public forum, Yes? Its also my observation that you may need some anger management counseling.
