Some Bloggers at the end of the article blasted us.  They do not want to understand!  There is no convincing them.  It's going to be a fun election this year.

az, In Boston we had a lot of people at the party last week.  10,000 + I think.  Sarah was great.  I have to laugh about the posts on this board and the other about the Tea Party early on.  Vulgar references and such but the Tea Party must be taken seriously now. They are starting to realize that the Tea Party people are from all walks of life and all political parties. A few that may be in trouble for reelection Harry Reid, Barbara Boxer, Arlen Spector and the list goes on.  These people are in trouble.

We will know in the fullness of time but it does look good for the Liberal Democrats. They are so nuts that they are going after a well liked somewhat Conservative Democrat from South Boston because he voted against Obamacare.  He used to be the President of the Iron Workers Union but he is not Liberal enough for the wackos. I think he voted against it solely on the fact that it might hurt the Cadillac Union Health Care Plans.

It is going to be an interesting year.

Maybe the liberal democrats are shaking in their boots over the Tea Party Express.....I sure as hell am not.  They are nothing more than a fringe element of the GOP....and will vote with the GOP.  They are a "movement" not a Party.  When they form a legitimate "party" with a platform that isn't the same as the GOP is when we'll see if they're for real.

The sentiment is real -- many of the protesters are real -- the movement that goes by the neame "tea party" will die a slow but certain death at the hands of GOP hacks.

I doubt even the GOP can kill the movement as long as the present shitload is in power. As the desire to return to a  constitutional government grows and the present European Social democrats remain in power the movement will continue and strengthen. True the real test will come from within(GOP) not from the Left.

It never ceases to amaze me how guaranteeing 37 million new subscribers to private insurance companies becomes socialism.  Then again I don't believe everything Glenn Beck and Fox news has to say either.  
Here's an interesting film clip with a libertarian on the Tea Party Movement. It's 12 minutes long so I'm sure Rykat will fall asleep about 2 minutes into it.  At 1:10 into the clip the editor of Reason magazines poses a question I've always wondered.
