World Cup 2010 Sweepstakes Fundraiser at Roadkill

On another message board there was a plea from a Belizean couple who are currently in Los Angeles trying to raise some money for their 6 month old son who needs a liver transplant.

On Thursday, June 10th, at 6:00 PM at Roadkill Bar we will be doing a World Cup 2010 sweepstakes.
For BZ$20.00 you will draw a team from a hat that is playing in the World Cup. If your team wins the World Cup on July 11th you will win BZ$250.00 if your team gets second place you will win BZ$70.00. The remaining bz$320.00  will be donated to Daniel Martin Estell Jr.

Hi I just wanted to take a moment to update everyone on how much we raised for the 6 month old little San Pedro boy who needs a liver transplant.
We raised $480.00 BZ with our sweepstakes. We actually had such a good response we did a second sweepstakes however we only had half the people we needed so we made if for half price.
Thank you for everyone who came out and supported us and this great cause.
