Wow Neil Sullivan,developer of project, has gone,according to sources never to comeback.

He has taken millions of dollars in deposits and has left a couple of houses a bunch of holes and walls-for the last three months nobody has been on

site.

Interesting that he is Sonny's (developer Brahma Blue) lawyer back in good old Toronto-they are both there together having got lots of dough

and as it appears that both resorts are closed.How can you buy something that advertises freehold and then close it down-all very strange

-people have been screwed by North Americans again

I am pretty sure you will find the developers on the west side, including the two parties in this subject, are pretty much all from Winnipeg, Manitoba.

In my experience, that is essentially how news travels in Belize.  You have your choice of gossip or blissful ignorance.  Unfortunately, it's often both.

Sunny is on site, Neil is alive and well, and expected to return mid-September.

I confirmed with Chap Ross that development is still going on with Neil's condo project, and workers are over on a daily basis.

BTW, Sunny is from Edmonton, and Neil is from Winnipeg.

Peter, who the hell are your sources? You know you can reach Neil and/or Sunny with a simple phone call or a facebook message!!

Joe -your cheque comes from Sunny-he is building 6 resorts -no sorry it is now 5 the sixth one which was going to be a sex resort has been closed down (without a stone being built)-the other resorts have not been started but after 4 years you would think something would have happened-in your own words Brahma Blue is looking rundown and needs a huge facelift -

how can you sell appts and close- have owners that cannot stay in their appt- a restaurant that is closed -what do you do with your staff-tell them to come back in a few months.

Chap Ross is a very nice guy but he is looking after the building site-you have got to be kidding me-Neil is way to intelligent just to hand money to some workers

all people over there say electricity is coming -it will only come when your bosses pay for it (min 1 million dollars for underwater cable)

Lets get back to the realtors -why do you not popst which realtors will sell Neils or Sunnys buildings-

I don't know Joe.  But Anthony is a Belizean.  There is a term - I think it is a Belizean returner.  You know, a Belizean who left the country, had a career and then returned home.
