I,personally like Neil but that is not the point -if you take someones money you should treat it better than you do your own

Promises have been broken so often-it is hard to see what actually is going to happen

another point just look how much money Neil's exwife and two brothers spent -that was all funded through Caye Winds-Playa Lounge

cost a fortune to build and is now rented out for 4,000usd per month-the current people will hand it back within a few months jmo

I'm not familiar with the developer or the project, but Pedro is dead right. Believing is trusting. Trust is earned. Your mother always told you not to talk to strangers, so why would you trust one?
